Tyrone “Rock” Morris is a former police officer who has spent his lifetime serving and protecting the Bahamian people. His experience as an officer and a trade unionist has equipped him with the skills necessary to defend consumers. Mr. Morris is happily married to Deidre Morris with an array of children and grandchildren.
Commissioner Thompson brings decades of experience in the fields of education; administration; protocol; community and civic involvement to the Board. He has travelled extensively to the Family Islands and overseas addressing the needs of church protocol; family ancestry and education. He worships at Creative Christian Arts Ministry International under the leadership of Apostle Henry & Dr. Ann Higgins. Previously married to Sheila McCardy and Sandra Rolle and is the father of four children, 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Patrick K. Ingraham was born on New Providence, The Bahamas. He attended numerous schools graduating from R.M. Bailey, at the time Highbury High, in 1972.
He immediately took employment at The Bahamas Telecommunications Corporation (Batelco). He worked in various Departments, his last being Supervisor in the Public Paid Phones Department.
Mr. Ingraham retired from Batelco in 1999. He later joined Carnival Cruise Lines as a Ship Agent from 1999 to 2001.
Mr. Ingraham decided in 2001 that it was time he ventured out on his own, so he stepped out in faith and started his own landscaping company, Grasshopper Landscaping, which is still operational to date.
Mr. Ingraham is married and the father of four (4) children, one (1) deceased.
He is an active member of the Anglican Church of the Epiphany, and serves as a member of the Anglican Church Men (ACM).
In his spare time Mr. Ingraham enjoys family time, watching television, his favourites being world news and sports. He also loves to travel.
Dennis William’s career started at The Bahamas Electrical Company (BEC) where he was employed as an electrical technician apprentice in 1992 and later as a technician. While at the (BEC) he became active in the Bahamas Electrical Workers Union, the Line Staff Union. He was later elected President of the Bahamas Electrical Workers Union in 2002 and Vice President of the National Congress of Trade Union in 2004. Mr. Williams obtained a Legum Baccalaureus (Bachelor of Law) in 2010 and was then called to the England & Bahamas Bar in 2011. Mr. Williams is a legal Practitioner that specializes in Employment Law and General Civil Practice. He litigates on a wide scope of matters on behalf of disenfranchised citizens against large commercial institutions and public bodies.
Mr. Williams is married, an Anglican and has three sons.
Born in the city of Nassau Bahamas, December 30th 1955 to stellar parents Basil Edmund & Ophelia Seymour – Munnings. I am the proud mother of two girls, twin boys and grandmother of four.
Educated here in Nassau, I obtained an M.B.A. in Business Administration.
Was an employee of Water & Sewerage Corporation for approximately thirty-eight years. Worked in various capacities such as Accounts Department, Credit & Collections and Purchasing.
While there, I served as President of The Bahamas Utility Services & Allied Workers Union for a period of six years. I retired 30th December 2015.
I am a parishioner of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church.
My hobbies include but are not limited to: music, dominoes and cards. Currently I am the President of the Nassau Domino League.

Ricardo P. Deveaux is a 1985 graduate of the R. M. Bailey Senior High School, a 1990 graduate of Bethune-Cookman College (now University) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with honours and a 1992 graduate of Nova Southeastern University with Master of Science Degree in Human Services with a specialization in Human Resource Management. In May 2009, he delivered the commencement address at Bethune-Cookman University and was awarded the Honourary Doctorate of Humane Letters. He is only the second Bahamian and one of the youngest individuals to deliver the coveted commencement address at Bethune-Cookman University. In July 2012, he received a Chinese Government Fellowship at Peking University, China and was awarded the Certificate in Public Administration.
He is employed with the Bahamas Government since 1992. He is currently a First Assistant Secretary and is stationed at the Consumer Protection Commission as the Executive Director.
He is the Chairman, School Board of R. M. Bailey Senior High School; Member, Board of the National Training Agency; Vice-President, Parents Teachers Association, Queen’s College and President & CEO, The Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year Foundation.
He is married to Pamela J. Deveaux, nee Cunningham, a Chartered Accountant. They are the proud parents of two daughters – Richea Juanita and Paige Aaliyah Deveaux. He is the eldest son of Edward & Beverly Deveaux. Ricardo and his family worships at Golden Gates World Outreach Ministries and St. George’s Anglican Church.
