The Price Control Act

Companies employ a wide range of pricing strategies in marketing their goods and services to consumers. Generally the practices they utilize are legitimate. However on occasion, some of the advertising and pricing methodologies employed by unscrupulous companies are skilfully orchestrated to mislead and deceive shoppers.

The Price Control Act is legislation implemented by Government to provide for the control and regulation of the price of goods and services and matters incidental and or connected to the sale of these items. View this Act in more detail here.
